Carlyle manufactures sofa seat and back cushions according to your specs. We use only the finest 180 thread count 50/50 poly/cotton down & feather proof ticking to create cushions of superior quality. Our cushions are made from the finest quality materials in the following configurations:

Dacron Backs - A soft cottony feel with enough bounce and deflection for proper support. Can be shaped for almost any back cushion. All 100% hypo-allergenic.

Poly/Dacron Seats - Hard or soft. We start with a durable hard foam core and the wrap it with the same cottony fill as the back cushion. The result is a firm but lofty seat  that will provide years of resilient use. By manipulating the percentage and density of the two we can achieve any comfort level.

Poly/Dacron & Spring Seats - Similar to the above but instead of a hard foam core we use the same high quality spring unit that we use in our Down & Spring seat cushion.

Down & Feather Backs - Filled with your choice of down & feather mixes. Luxurious high crown makes a plump, comfortable cushion. Sewn-in baffles eliminate fill shifting while helping to maintain cushion integrity.All seams are concealed.

Down & Feather Seats - Providing baffles on down & feather filled seat cushions maintains the plump, high crown with a minimum of fluffing. Filled with your choice of down & feather mixes.All seams are concealed.

Spring & Down Seats - A seat cushion containing a Marshall Spring Unit* and wrapped in an envelope of down & feather. The envelope contains baffles to eliminate fill shifting.All seams are concealed and the envelope can be filled with your choice of down & feather mixes. These Envelopes come with a zipper for easy replacement of inner core that extends the life of your cushions for years to come.

*Marshall Spring Unit - individually wrapped 3” coils self contained inside a high quality urethane foam wrap.

Foam & Down Seats - A highly resilient polymeric urethane foam inserted into a baffled down & feather envelope.This is a very comfortable, very supportive cushion. All seams are concealed and the envelope is filled with your choice of down & feather mixes. These Envelopes come with a zipper for easy replacement of inner core that extends the life of your cushions for years to come.
