All claims must be made with 10 days of reciept of merchandise and any returns must obtain pre-approval and an authorization number before they will be accepted.

Any claim made due to damage incurred while shipping must be filed with the appropriate carrier and are not the responsibility of Carlyle Custom Convertibles.

All cancellations and returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
